Extended Christmas Returns Period

Any purchases made between Friday 12th November and Thursday 23rd December can be returned up until Friday 14th January.

If you change your mind and decide you no longer want to keep your order, we will provide a full refund providing the following conditions are met:

      • The product is returned to us within the returns period stated above.
      • The product is returned to us in its original packaging with accessories.
      • The product is returned to us in the same condition we delivered it to you.
      • The product has not been used and is free from iCloud / Google Accounts.

For any orders placed outside of the above extended returns period the normal 14 day returns window will apply.

General Return Information

  • If for any reason you are not happy with the device you receive or you have simply changed your mind you can return it within 14 days for a full refund.
  • In the unlikely event you have a problem with your device you can return it to us free of charge for repair or replacement.

 

Unwanted Devices

You can cancel your order and return it to us within 14 days of the purchase date if it is in its original condition, completely unused, and suitable for resale.

You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us, and we suggest you use a secure delivery method (which requires a signature upon delivery).

Please contact us by email at info@weselltek.com before returning any goods, so we can give you specific return instructions - this will ensure there are no delays in processing your return.

All refunds are made within 1-3 working days of receiving your return.

 

Faulty Devices

All of our devices come with a 12 month warranty as standard, unless otherwise stated in the item description. 

Please keep all the warranty information that accompanies your item as this may be needed should there be a fault.

Our 12 month warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover accidental damage. If you have, for example smashed your screen then this is not covered by warranty but we can still quote to repair.

As for normal returns, you must contact us by email at info@weselltek.com before returning any goods, so we can give you a specific returns instructions.

Return postage will be covered by We Sell Tek and we will provide you with a Royal Mail tracked 24 returns label to return your device to us.
